Developed in collaboration with our friend and legendary endurance athlete , Toasted Coconut Almond Butter is handmade from fresh-roasted heirloom Mission almonds, crispy house-toasted coconut chips, Organic coconut nectar, and hand-harvested Jacobsen sea salt to create an incomparably crispy-crunchy nut butter with a delicious natural sweetness that belies its low-sugar content. Toasted Coconut is still Mike’s favorite, and he spreads it thickly on toast, bananas, and anything else he can find to fuel his world-beating adventures (like running across the whole USA). We especially love this nut butter on toast with ripe berries, in smoothie or açai bowls, and stirred into overnight oats.
