To measure accurately, use measuring tape without any slack around the middle of your dog's neck (not too high or low). No need for the "two finger rule" but do not make it too snug your dog looks uncomfortable. If measuring from a current collar, lay flat and measure from the midpoint of the buckle to the hole most used. DO NOT measure from a collar with a quick release buckle, as your measurement will be inaccurate.
