We’re starting 2025 on a bright note with our January Featured Jam. The best things in life are often simplest, and this Apricot Jam from Heidi's Jam Factory is certainly no exception. Carefully crafted with hand-selected apricots, this jam captures the sunshine-y sweet, zingy quality of the fruit at its peak ripeness, highlighted with just a touch of organic sugar and fruit pectin.

We love spreading it on thick slices of toasted sourdough, using it to sweeten up a homemade vinaigrette, or combined with our curated AB&J, Vanilla Caramel Cashew Butter. We set out to create a vegan caramel nut butter so that our vegan and lactose-intolerant friends could enjoy the uniquely delicious, sweet creaminess of caramel. After years of research and experimentation, we had our “eureka moment” when we combined coconut nectar, maple and vanilla, which converge to create a rich, toasty caramel flavor that is 100% vegan and free of refined sugars.
