We’re starting 2025 on a bright note with our January Featured Jam. The best things in life are often simplest, and Heidi’s Apricot Jam is certainly no exception. Carefully crafted with hand-selected apricots, this jam captures the sunshine-y sweet, zingy quality of the fruit at its peak ripeness, highlighted with just a touch of organic sugar and fruit pectin.
We love spreading it on thick slices of toasted sourdough, using it to sweeten up a homemade vinaigrette, or combined with our curated AB&J and PB&J pairings, Vanilla Caramel Almond & Cashew Butter and Maple Cinnamon Peanut & Pecan Butter, respectively.
ABOUT HEIDI’S JAM FACTORY
Starting with her raspberry farm on the sunny banks of the Rio Grande in the little village of Corrales, New Mexico, all of Heidi’s jams are made in small batches, by hand, and slowly cooked to ensure that the vitamins of the natural fruits are preserved. Heidi’s Jam Factory is also committed to sustaining the land to preserve the rich agricultural heritage of the Rio Grande Valley.
